Donna Dabbs is the Co-Founder and current Executive Director of the Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival (GCUFF), where she has served for over 15 years leading initiatives that connect filmmakers and the community through film and storytelling. Known for her energetic leadership and strategic vision, Donna drives community engagement, donor relations, and impactful programming that continues to grow and strengthen Cleveland’s creative landscape.
